Facilities

The green

Our crown-bowling green at Whiteford Road has been the club's home since 1922, originally laid with Cumberland turf and lovingly maintained throughout the season by our green team. The bowling season runs from mid-April to early October.

Clubhouse & bar

The clubhouse is the social heart of the club — a comfortable, licensed bar where members and guests relax after a game. It's the venue for our social calendar through the year, from match teas to club events.

Catering

A well-equipped kitchen supports match teas and social events, run by our volunteers to a high standard.

Gardens & grounds

Members maintain attractive gardens and grounds around the green — a pleasant setting whether you're playing or watching.

Parking & getting here

The club is on Whiteford Road, Mannamead (PL3 5LZ), with on-street parking nearby. As we are located in a residential area, we ask that you are mindful of our neighbours. Full directions are on our Find Us / Contact page.
